Linn County Market Stats for April 2009

Love the format of these stats and think they should be very valuable for you to present to people who are preparing to list their homes.  So often I visit homes and the sellers are confident their home will sell, and they don't need to do many of the items I recommend.  Then in about 40 days they are calling me to come back and give more recommendations!  I think these stats are going to be improving soon.  Personally we just had 6 of the properties we staged that have/are closing that are in Linn and Benton counties and beat the odds!
