TitleRepSolutions.com has the ability to create eLetters and send them individually or send them as part of an eCampaign. For example, you can send the Fourth of July eLetter out by itself or you can schedule to send out the Fourth of July eLetter on a certain day like the fourth of July.
There are a couple of ways to send the eLetter.
Log on to TitleRepSolutions.com
Click on Contacts
At the address book view - locate the contact you want to send the eLetter to. You might scroll through the list of your contacts in the address book or you might specifically search for that contact record. Once you locate the contact --
Move to the right where you see the hammer and wrench icon on the contact record line. Click on the hammer for the contact and then click on send eLetter.
You can search your library to find the eLetter - Happy Fourth of July and the letter goes out just to the one contact within a two hour window from when you sent it.
The other way is to look up a group of contacts you want to send the eLetter to. Scroll to the bottom and click on the orange selected action button at the bottom left. Scroll through the list and assign the group to the eLetter. Select the eletter and your good to go.
