Enter your contact into the TitleRepSolutions.com system.

You meet contacts all througout the week

As you enter them into TitleRepSolutions for a day or a week -- you want to call up those records and send them a thank you for meeting me letter.

An easy way to look them up is by the creation date of the contact.

Log on to TitleRepSolutions.com

Click on Contacts

Click on "advanced search" in the title bar of the contacts

You will see to the right a place to put in a date or select a date via the calendar.  Select your start date and ending date and click on search.

Your result will be all the contacts you added that week and now you can assign them a eCampaign or send them a "thank you" eLetter that you can create.

Touch your contacts and clients as many times as possible and provide the ultimate in customer service through a high level of regular and persistent communication.
