I'll wait for 4% interest rate.

Many buyers are uncertain as to if now is the time to Buy.

Sellers want the prices to go up before they sell.

Recent events are pushing interest rate higher.  The bond market prices have trended down in the last week or so and without another infusion of cash into the system by the Federal government the charts show interest rate are trending above 5%.

What does that mean for buyers and sellers.  Well the amount a buyer can pay for a home goes down when the interest rates go up and sellers well see downward pricing pressure as the rates go up.

I would not wait for further rate decreases. Right now the lenders I know say rates are poised to go back up. Why wait?!

David ... Your good advice for real estate customers to buy the best home that they can afford now and not wait for possible drop of interest rates.
