Wildcat Ridge Subdivision in Littleton CO 80124 - Maps

Wildcat Ridge subdivision is located between Highlands Ranch and Lone Tree (East and West, respectively). There are approximately 900 single family homes in the Wildcat Ridge community. Sometimes it is difficult to get a perspective where things are just by reading about it. If you are visual person, here are a couple of maps with reference points for you to help put it in perspective.






Schools
Elementary School - Wildcat Mountain
Middle School - Rocky Heights
High School - Rock Canyon

Douglas County School System has an open enrollment. The usual Elementary School for students living in Wildcat Ridge is Wildcat Mountain (sometimes school boundaries change so it is not guaranteed that this would be the school in the future - always contact the school district for most up-to-date information).


NOTE. In Douglas County Accessors office / records this subdivision is called Intrawest and Wildcat Vista. Intrawest includes most of the homes in Wildcat Ridge (about 830 of them). Wildcat Vista only consists of two streets: Jaguar Point and Jaguar Way. These streets are on the East side of Quebec and North of MacArthur Ranch Rd. Wildcat Vista that is usually listed under Wildcat Ridge or Intrawest in the Denver MLS listings.
