Even with the downturn in sales across the country, Paramus has held pretty steady, selling almost the same number of homes in May '09 as it did in '08. Even difference is in the list and sales prices, was pretty similar. The most nocticable stat was that in May the current inventory rose by almost 50 NEW listings !!There are a lot of choices in Paramus right now !
As of 6/7/09 at 9pm, there are 199 residential homes for sale in Paramus.
Their prices range from $199,000 to $4,300,000, and the median LIST price is $649,000.
