Local South Floridians know the islands as the best place to own a home, but most people are unaware of the fact that the Venetian Islands have incredible condos as well. The Venetian Islands are a string of manmade islands in between Miami Beach and the Miami mainland. These islands were created in the early 20th century and have maintained high levels of luxurious property and popularity throughout their history. The islands considered Venetian Islands are Biscayne Island, San Marco Island, Di Lido Island, Rivo Alto Island and Belle Island.
Though there are condos on other Venetian Islands, Belle Island is the only Venetian Island exclusively dedicated to condos. One of the big advantages to having a condo on Belle Island is that it’s very close to Miami Beach. Belle Island and Miami Beach are separated by a small 500-foot bridge that provides easy access to the all the attractions in Miami Beach.
The Venetian Islands are connected by the Venetian Causeway which connects Miami Beach and the Miami mainland. This beautiful Biscayne Bay location is great for avid boaters as the bay water is very calm and serene.
