As a property and business owner, I come in contact with potential clients all the time.   I try to thank everyone for their business or for referring more business our way.  I found that the best and most effective way to thank someone is to simply send them a thank you card in the mail.   Everyone likes to receive something nice in the mail! The problem with cards and letters is the time it takes to find the right card, address it, and get it in the mail.   Then, a few weeks ago I met someone in one of my referral groups who introduced me to a program that lets me automate this process.   I signed up and I could not be happier.  The program lets me send thank you's, brithday, and seasonal cards with just a few simple key strokes.   It's a great program and I would endorse it for anyone in our business, or any business for that matter.   Try it free.....go to www.sendoutcards.com/70951 and give it a try.    If you are like me and have limited time, this is one answer to the many ways you cansave time.

Frank, a very interesting concept.  As long as it looks like it's from you and not a company, it's worth looking into.  Thanks.

Hi Frank~ Nothing beats a handwritten thatn you card.  I have had several people in activerain share this with me.  The concept is great, especially for those that don't keep cards on hand for this reason.

I am a real fan of Send out Cards!!! In addition to my credit repair biz, I am a Mary Kay Beauty Cosultant. Send out Cards is a blessing in that role. My clients are very impressed. With Send out Cards you can even send in a form with your own handwriting so it really looks like you wrote it!!

Happy Monday!!

Lori

One of the things I like most about this program is the fact that I can upload my own handwriting sample and use it, my own signature and......I can send a small thank you gift.  A gift card, flowers, candy, etc.  It just streamlines the process.

A few days ago I sent a "Nice to Meet You" card to a corporate attorney I need on my team to assist our brokers with corporate transfers.   The first thing he said when he called to set the appointment was, "Thanks for the very nice card".     I would have probably gotten the meeting anyway, but the card sure helped me secure it, to the point that he called our office to make it happen after he received the card.      It works for me.
