So, am I looking at this correctly - your market, in May, had 9 new listings and 14 sold properties?  If so, your market, like mine, is dropping inventory.

How has pricing in your market been holding?

Not exactly, Chuck. Comparing last month's stats with this month, and we have what I would call a stable market: there was an increase in the number of listings(190-May, 200-June), and an increase in the number of houses sold (8-May, 14-June). The prices haven't changed much either -Av. Listing Price for May was $241K, Av. Listing Price for June is 243K.
