Look back at my interviews and writing and you will find a message repeated over and over again! "Buyers refuse to buy until it becomes a ‘Seller's Market!'" It has become a Seller's Market. The deals that have been available are now gone. Even the incredibly low interest rates are now on the rise! One last warning to heed before it is too late. Buy a home as soon as you are able. Prices are still incredibly low, interest rates remain good and for "first time buyers" the $8,000 "FREE" for investing at this time will be gone on December 1, 2009. If you don't own a home by November 30th you lose this "FREE" money!
