The two bedrooms are slow right now but should begin to see movement as we near the start of the school year.  Some parents will buy them for their kids and then save the money from paying board at school.

I find it interesting that bedrooms don't seem to add as much value there as they do out here. On active homes, you have the average list price on three bedrooms being lower than that on two bedrooms. That would never happen out here. Bedrooms are priceless -- almost!

Bedrooms do mean a lot to people around here as does basements and 3 car garages as opposed to a two car gar..  I believe that the days on the market will tell the tale here, even if they are new construction they are still overpriced which is also reflected in the sold price.  There may be an over abundance of new construction in this mix also.

Thanks Don....We hada really nice time last night, but ummm-ummm that sunset sure was worthy.  It was just nice being down on the water and after it started cooling off - even better.  We've been mid 90's....too hot!
