City of Worthington and Riverlea - Residential Inventory (single family and condo)
There was 24 months of inventory (homes for sale) at the end of January and now there is only 4.8 months of inventory. May 2008 there was 9.3 months of inventory.
Worthington School District
A marked decrease in inventory can be seen in homes in the Worthington School District as well. The Worthington School district includes homes in the City of Columbus and Perry and Sharon Township as well as those in the City of Worthington and the Village of Riverlea.
There are 5.5 months of inventory at the end of May 2009 in comparison to 8.2 months of inventory at the end of May 2008.
Worthington Home Sales - May 2009
