New Hampshire Real Estate Broker's License

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with ERA Andrew Realty

I finally completed and passed the test for my New Hampshire Real Estate Broker's License.  The licensing board sent me my license today. It's now official!

I had 5 clients in the last year that were looking for homes in both northern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.  Ultimately after comparing values, my clients ended up purchasing in New Hampshire!  That won't happen again without me being involved.  I'm now able to fully service both states and provide outstanding advice to future clients.

So if you know of anyone who could utilize my services and are comparing both MA and NH, I'm never too busy for your referrals!

It's a good life!

Carol,

Very smart move:)  I have my Mass license for that same reason!  I looked into getting the Florida license, but, after sending my fingerprints, they lost my file.  Jeepers!  I just haven't had the time to begin with it, again.  Maybe, someday I will check back into it:)

It's a Good Life,

Fran

I already have two New Hampshire referrals!  There is money to be made this year...I'm working on building my momentum -- 8 pending now, hoping to reach 10!

It's a good life and a good business!

Whoo Hoo!  Go Carol!  With the Surge beginning tomorrow, I have no doubt that you will hit double that number.  I have one buddy, so far.

It's a Good Life,

Fran
