Cleveland Realty Show and Networking Event "2009. Time to buy in Cleveland"

I am very proud and glad to announce a very successful start of a series of the Cleveland Realty Networking events "2009. Time to Buy in Cleveland".

First Event of this series took place in Mayfield Heights on Wednesday, June 10th 2009. Warm, inviting atmosphere of a beautiful reception created by wonderful staff of Sherwin-Gilmour Party Center, helped participants to be more attentive to a highly informational seminar.

Active Rainers Tim Bradford, Khash Saghafi, Sarah Minneman and me, Svetlana Stolyarova met at this Event  and made it wonderful. We wish more Active Rainers could make it that evening. That's fine, we will have another Event in September, so prepare to rock! We also hope to see more participants of the Event here at Active Rain!

Impressive presentations followed by a lively discussion and face-to-face consultations. Home owners and prospective home buyers who attended this Events had an opportunity to meet great professionals, ask the questions and receive good professional answers about hot and yet confusing topics.Lively discussions after presentations.

We are all looking forward to meeting at the next Event, which is planning to be in September. Home buyers and home sellers in Cleveland  need more information on hot Real Estate topics!

We are looking forward to seeing more Active Rainers there. It's a great chance to promote our business and our on-line community.

Svetlana, Thank you for the opportunity to present information on FHA 203K loans.  Like Khash, I do look forward to future seminars as a way of educating potential buyers of the options that exist.

Swetllana,  Let me know what information you would like to recieve and if you have a prospect looking at purchasing a home that needs rehab, I would gladly meet with everyone together,  As I said one of the keys to success with a 203K is that everyone works together.

Sarah - I agree that more of our colleagues should attend the next Event. I am thinking of inviting more people from adjacent industries, too. Home stagers, decorators, builders, handymen - why not? That's a great chance to network. That's a VERY PLEASANT WAY TO BRING MORE VALUE TO OUR CLIENTS.

Tim - I think, using 203K for escrow in the cities with POS would be one hot topic to discuss.

Sure, working together is the best and only way to make everything work. I will write an article about this in Russian newspaper and will mention your web sites and services as a brilliant source of mortgage information if you don't mind.

Svetlana, I have no problem with you Spreading the word about the many ways that a 203K loan could be used.  Besides the Russian Newspapers Realtors need to know that a 203K loan could provide the funds needed to satisfy repairs required by a Pont of Sale (or repairs needed on a Bank Owned Property) .  Bacause of the dollars some cities require to be placed in escrow, it eliminates a number of otherwise potential buyers from considering homes.  Using, Supply and Demand, the greater the number of potential buyers the better the price could be for sellers.  Using the FHA 203K loan increases the number of potential buyers.

Karen Anne - Thank you so much! I am looking forward to seeing you here in Cleveland. Our next event is planned to be in September, more likely the second week of September. We want to give frist time buyers chance to learn more about $8,000 tax credit. We want to help as many people as possible to get into their first home and benefit from the tax incentive.

I agree with Nevada's answer but just to let you know Coldwell Banker, aoutlhgh is well known, is really a stickler with their agents. Every real estate company whether a well known (Prudential,Coldwell,Re/Max,Keller Williams,C-21) or boutique(local companies usually formed by previous agent who gets there Broker license) works on different levels of professionalism. That said you really need to pay attention to all the fees associated with your hanging your license. Also ask about your E O insurance because it doesn't always cover what you think. Office fees range from desk,phone,internet,copies,faxes,in-house transaction coordinator, escrow fees,in house lender, advertising, etc.
