Just reading where a Georgia Senator has introduced legislation that increases the home buyer tax credit from $8000 to $15,000 and extends it to anyone buying a home, not just first time home buyers. Whether the credit is increased or not, the idea of allowing credit for anyone buying a home until the credit expires is something that would help stimulate more home sales, helping both buyers and sellers who have been stuck waiting for a buyer.
