Thanks Nicole, Although things has slowed down here, there is a huge amout of new construction and renovations of old homes in cool little neighborhoods, and still a very healthy market. Overall county numbers don't reflect the downtown growth and Urban renal. No matter how high the prices seem for the locals, they are a far cry from the North East (I'm from Boston). It still amazes me that you can get a brand new hight-end 2 bed condo for 200k in a great area of the city.
