When you believe in yourself, believe all the way…

How many of us keep looking over our shoulder and thinking and rethinking did I fill out that contract right? Or how about this one (I just wrote about this the other day) did I continue to try and sell when it was already sold?  I'm working on my first five years so I have my paperwork for the most part checked and double then triple checked before I take it to the broker for their signature.  Most of the time there are no errors but once in awhile one will be found.

On some contracts I am to the point where I believe in myself and so does the broker that when I hand them certain documents they know it's rights of course they look it over and then broker it.  I wonder if there will come a time when I will totally believe in myself enough and believe in myself all the way where I can broker my own contracts and not have anyone look over them. Even if you're a broker and been in this business 100 years it does not hurt to get a second look at some of these contracts now but with every day my visit into the brokers office is getting less and less.  I believe do you?  Remember "It's a great day to buy or sell a home."

YES that day will come and YES it is a good idea to always have an extra set of eyes look at it.

James - You can believee in yourself and your contracts , but there will always be changes made to a contract. Not necessarily anyones fault or lack of skill set , it just is what it is.
