Fun Poll - Can you determine what this means?

Real Estate Agent with Better Homes and Acres

I have nothing to say this deal is "dead".

Received this email a few days ago in regards to a purchase agreement written in April - cc's of correspondence between banker and title company - names & location withheld!

Will post the meaning on Monday morning, June 15, 2009

What does the above statement in Bold mean?

Will it close ?

Marilyn - Sounds like one of my deals from May , contract ratified in April.

The broker had a pre-approval and a commitment from a direct lender (Investor) through warehouse lines of credit. The week of settlement the "Investor" decided to change their credit criteria and decided not to fund the clear file. No amount of arguing would change their mind , even after we completed a credit re-score and added 26 points to the borrowers credit due to erroneous information that had shown up since April. The file was neat & complete and we were still told NO.

I have since flipped it to another lender and hopefully we can settle today.

I have often been told that I have a keen eye for the obvious, and my observation is that they don't want your deal.

Marilyn, the statement says the deal is going nowhere. However, there is always a chance to save it with cooperation from both sides.

Its a pretty clear No.  Dead means there is no life in it.

Hey Winthrop from Lithuania,

Don't know anything about finding "work at home employment" - I'm a realtor, I help people buy or sell homes and land!
