The revised Consumer Notice is required to be used June 13, 2009. Many agents have already made the switch to the new Consumer Notice, but agents are reminded to dispose of all old copies that may be lurking in their files.Okay, I know it is another challenge, but I want to keep you in the legal category. If you are conserving paper like many of us, turn the old copies over and use the back side for personal use or make note pads. If you are afraid that you may grab the wrong version, shred the old ones.Shredded paper is great for your compost bin if you have one.
One more reminder: Update the link to the Consumer Notice in your e-mail signature and personal websites. In the past many PA Realtors have included a link to the Consumer Notice in their e-mail signature as a way of introducing it to new consumers who may not have been familiar with the form.

Keep in mind that despite the inconvenience of constantly updating our forms, the real purpose is to better serve the consumer.
