I want to share with you guys what happened to me yesterday. But let me give you a summary of how it all came about.
About a month ago, One of my realtors, reffered a client over to me to get pre-approved. After speaking with the client and doing some reasearch, I explained to the client that based on her current situation (deragatory credit) she would not be in a positve situation to obtain a loan. Sure she could've gotten a loan, but she wouldn't have been able to afford the payments, and I don't ever want to put any client of mine in that situation.
I sent her a few templates of letters to use to send to the credit bureaus to dispute anything she needed to on her credit report.
Well yesterday, she called me excited and enthusiastic because she received a letter from TranUnion stating that 10 Major inaccuracies had been DELETED! Here score jumped up 50 Points in less than a month! She kept calling me her angle and how she can never repay me.
Not only that she found a beautiful townhome that the owner is willing to rent to her until she can get aproved for a loan!
It's times like these I feel great to be a Loan Officer. As cheesy as it may sound, this is a position that makes dreams into reality!
