About a month ago I taped this conversation with Short Sales expert Harry Yazbeck. He's a very smart guy with a lot of really good information. His whole purpose is to educate agentson the craziness of the process as well as manage a team of people who help CB agents manage their short sales.
He gives a nice insight into the hell that is the short sale and I hope you find interesting...
If they haven't already done it, I think that a continuing ed course in short sales should be manditory in this area. I've yet to meet a listing agent with a clue - they don't all read the great posts or watch the videos here on Active Rain! So thank you for doing your part!
We have taken a couple of courses, it sure helped. I don't know how any agent would want to tackle this mess without proper training!
