I wanted to take this opportunity to share some exciting news, changes coming and ways I can help people in need.
The broker I have been working with at Keller Williams has now opened a new real estate company called United Broker's Group. She has asked me to join her as one of the owners of the company. It is a tremendous opportunity for me, my business and my clients and I'm very excited and honored to be in business with such a high-integrity professionals.
So, the Debbie Hill Team is now at United Broker's Group, effective June 10, 2009.
In addition to that, I'm now an Associate Broker with the company, which allows me to offer my clients an even higher level of service and gives me the opportunity to grow my business even further.
At the same time, I am now a Certified Distressed Property Specialist. What that means is I have been trained and certified to help families avoid foreclosure. It's tough for lots of families right now due to job losses/changes as well as the decreased values in real estate. My success rate is well over 90% of being able to negotiate with the banks to help my clients avoid foreclosure. I have made it my personal commitment to help as many families as I possibly can. It's tragic that 7 out of 10 families go into foreclosure without calling anyone for help. I don't want anyone I know to be one of those 7! If you know anyone struggling with their house payments, they must call me for help. I give you my solemn promise take great care of them!
