Long story short, I have my own unit that I live in currently on the market. Very easy to show but I do have a small dog that needs to be watched so someone needs to be home (All stated in the MLS). Just got another call from an agent sitting in their car wanting to show my home. After explaining the situation their response is well we can wait a little while for you to come over to open it for us. Which is fine (Like I have nothing else to do). What really irritates me is if these Realtors really knew the market they were showing, they would have called and scheduled an appointment like they did with the other one right down the street and not create such an inconvenience. I promise I'm really not this snotty!!!!!! Just wish all Realtors would show some professionalism.
OK I'm done. Sorry I know it's not that bad. There is much more to it but I don’t want to sit here on the computer writing negative things when I do have better things to do. LOL! Thanks for listening though.
