The Bank want's Proof of Funds for your buyer when submitting a Short Sale Package.  
Your buyer is your LLC or a member of your LLC.
 
Here is a sample of the proof of funds we use when sending in the short sale package to the bank.

As you know, this is subject to an acceptable appraisal and third party review.
This letter is not a commitment. Please let me know when you would like to close.
