If a seller puts No Representation down the line on a residential property disclosure because they do not live there, are they still responsible for reporting material facts?
I went to a house with my buyer and it looks like there was a roof leak. When I asked the agent if there had been a roof leak he said the seller didn't know because he claimed no representation.
Because a roof leak is a material fact, is the seller responsible to do his due dilligence and report this fact?
Thank you,
