This is my first AR post with a video slide in it.
I would like to thank Jim Frimmer of San Diego for making me aware of Slide.
Below is a slide show of my latest hiking trip. The photos were all taken by my very good friend Marisa.
Along with two other friends, we decided to hike on the Meeteetse trail (South Fork Grove Creek) this past weekend. The trail was 3.5 miles round trip and it took us just over 2 hours to complete and involved an elevation gain of 1,200. There were plenty of good views along the way of mountains, meadows, rocks, streams, wooded area and plenty of wild flowers.
We packed some sandwiches and snacks for lunch and we stopped halfway for a little picnic with a very scenic view. This was a very good trail for hiking with plenty of eye candy. However, unless you are in good shape or a regular hiker, I would not recommend it as it is physically demanding. You can say that it was breathtaking and I am not just talking about the views! The good thing is that if you go hiking on this trail and succeed to do the entire trail (like the four of us did), you feel empowered and great.
It's Good to Be Here!!
