THINGS ARE LOOKING UP IN NAPLES FL REAL ESTATE

My office in Naples FL, Downing-Frye Realty, Inc.  is showing pending sales contract for the month of June are WELL AHEAD of the pace set for June of 2008.  In June of 2008, we had 136 pending sales contracts for the entire month.  We are now half way through the month and have had 113 pending sales contract turned in to our accounting deprtment.  I wrote two contracts last week and in one case it was the third offer on this property .  One of the previous offer buyers thought they were going to wait for the seller to come down in price to their offer.  Their agent phoned me three times to see if the pending sale was solid.  They said their buyer really wanted this property.  Well, lots of buyers have been on the fence thinking the seller would reduce their price rather than making an agressive offer and then having the agents work on the offer. No one knows where the bottom is in Naples FL real estate, but even if you are missing it by percentage points, it is better to catch this wave.  I have been selling real estate in Naples for twelve years and when the market comes back in Naples, it comes back quickly.  Beachfront property in Naples and Southwest FL has never been a better bargain.  I see lots of positive signs for Naples the summer and coming season.   You don't want to miss this opportunity.   It is going to be 95 and very sunny today.  What is the weather like in your part of the world?  Marcia
