I wanted to send you a personal THANK YOU for being so pushy that you drove my new client to me. I appreciate your brashness and desperate ways that turned my new client off and sent them RUNNING!
Dear Unethical Realtor,
I wanted to send you a personal THANK YOU for being so unethical that you gave my new client the creeps and sent them running in my direction. I really appreciate that one!
Dear Unmotivated Realtor,
I wanted to send you a personal THANK YOU for being so unmotivated that you didn't even call my new client back after she sent you 5 listings she wanted to see. I get that your busy and I got your back. We'll be making an offer on a home next week!
Dear Realtor that doesn't listen,
I wanted to send you a personal THANK YOU for NOT listening to my clients needs when they were under your care. They told me that you took them to very high crime areas and showed them houses that were NOTHING like what they told you they wanted. I sincerely appreciate you driving them to me. I will take care of them!!!
These are just a few of the complaints I have heard from clients recently about their past Realtors. Sometimes I just don't understand it. Maybe it's because I am still new and am totally focused on customer service, but how can Realtors treat people like this and still be in business? Any answers??
