Martin’s Landing, a community of some 1964 single family homes, patio homes, condominiums, town homes and apartments, all within 12 subdivisions, has been a bustling North Fulton community for more than 34 years. In fact in 2005 Martin’s Landing celebrated its 35th anniversary and is currently undergoing substantial renovation of all of its amenities.

Central to Martin’s Landing is Martin Lake, a 53-acre lake with wooded area and homes surrounding it. Non-powered boats and canoes are welcomed on the lake. A four-mile walking path surrounds the lake, and on any given day, rain or shine, people are out on the path running, walking, or bicycling, meeting up with others who are strolling their babies, walking with their children, or watching the turtles, ducks and fish swim by.

Martin’s Landing boasts three clubhouses including a lakeside clubhouse, three tennis court areas, and The River Club, which sits right next to the Chattahoochee River. Martin’s Landing is one of the first PUD (Planned Urban Developments) in North Fulton County.

People are drawn to Martin’s landing because of the outstanding resources for bicyclists.  You’ll find Martin’s Landing accommodating whether your interest is teaching your children how to ride a bike for the first time, going for long road rides that start from your driveway, or having close access to some of the best mountain bike trails in metro-Atlanta.
