Lone Tree Home Sales ~ May 09
May was a slow month for sales compared to the prior three years. 65% fewer homes sold this May than in May of 2008. Average days on market were also higher and the houses have been selling for lower percentage of the asking price than in prior three years (in May). However, June should be different. We are seeing more buyers out, many houses are even seeing multiple offers.
