Home sales continued in a slow pace in Heritage Hills in May. Eight homes have sold since January compared to 14 during the same time in 2008. Average days on the market is climbing. All houses for sale in Heritage Hills are over $500,000. These higher priced homes particular are seeing slower sales in the whole Denver area.
