A little Tribute to my Dad who passed away in August of 2002.
I think about him everyday, he was so cool. He had a great sense of humor and was always happy. Friendly, out-going, anyone who knew him, loved him!
My real estate career was really starting to take off.
We had a conversation about a month before his passing and I was telling him about some of the events that were going on in the business with my deals...
He didn't know much about Real Estate, but I remember him telling me; "I hope you have a closing everyday".
I laughed and said to him; "Oh Dad, that's impossible, I'll be lucky to have a closing every week, no less everyday"...
He then replied; "OK then, I hope you have a closing every week"...
I smiled and gave him a big hug...
Well, in 2004 I did it. I closed 54 properties - over $19 million dollars in sales.
I'm sure my little angel Dad was with me, every step of the way.
Here's to my Dad, Happy Father's Day...
