Barrie and I took a short mini working vacation in Collingwood this past week and used the opportunity to meet up with our friend and fellow Active Rainer Marg Scheben-Edey. Marg is a wonderful resource and a walking library on all that is Collingwood. We contacted her shortly after our arrival and arranged to meet her, between appointments, for lunch where she quickly brought us up to date on what is happening in and around Collingwood.

The Food was delicious the company extraordinary ... Thanks Marg

Caron - Collingwood is a four seasons tourist destination and has several very nice restaurants along with many more throughout the area.

I love Thai too... I'll keep that place in mind for next time.

I am dying to get out there. It's just gorgeous in Collingwood at this time of year (I'm not fond of the snow, but I love it in the Winter too).

Sylvie - We really enjoy the time we get to spend there ... especially all the little shops and restuarants that are tucked away in all the little communities throughout the Gerogian Bay area

Marg - no fancy hotels or timeshares to stay at but some wonderful B&B's, great eateries and much to do, let us know when you are coming.
