As you said, conditions are location specific so blanket statements should not be made. Each area should be looked at individually. Lets hope conditions continue to improve.
I hope you right about the market rebounding there, I know we have had quite a few inquiries into the condo market here for folks in Birmingham. So I would expect the sales to pick up here somewhat.
Hi Tom! Great positive post! This is the kind of information we need. It is good to point our that the market is local and that not ALL areas are suffering doom and gloom. I have sold many homes in Weatherly and Ballantrae which are both very appealing neighborhoods.
