Thank you for posting.  When I am hosting an open house, I now always ask how they found the home.  Via sign or internet.  If internet, I then ask if they found on the MLS, company site or Zillow, etc.    It gave me great insight into how they are finding us and our homes.   

I have a great presentation to show how much I do online to market a home - I am finding that I can speed though it as more and more seller's now consider this main stream - there was a time when I had to do more convincing - not the case now.

Geez, if someone hasn't jumped on the "internet bandwagon" by now, I'm afraid they've missed the bus and have been left in the dust, and probably should start looking for another job!

I think, though, that we are way past "just having a website", and all of us need to be exploring the social media networking challenges, from a business perspective.  

As a AR member I've found that Localism is a good place to be.
