Thank you! I really do not want to part with it, but it is too much home for two real estate agents. LOL! I use the second garage as an office!
Give me a couple more years in the insurance business and a home of this granduer would be perfect for our family... And in Alpharetta too..

Jim,
That is a beautiful house! Even though you no longer need the space I bet you will miss the memories once it is sold!
Rita
Gorgeous house! I'm sure it will sell quickly. Are you going to stay in the same neighborhood, or local area?
I know about downsizing! Four years ago, with both of our daughters finishing college, my husband and I found ourselves living in about 1200 square feet of our 3000 sq ft house. Why heat, cool or clean all the parts that you don't live in? We loved that house for the 10 years that our girls were there with us, but we were very happy to find a nice younger family to enjoy it.
We moved down in size, but up in price for our new home. Gave up the yard with the pool, and now have a tiny lot, but it's on the lake front with a boat dock. (We still have 2 guest rooms, just in case!)
Jim,
Great looking blog. How did you do all the color and outlines? Also beautiful homes you have for sale.
Jim.
Which is the kitchen photo? One appears to be with no window over the sink and the other with a window over the sink.
