I recently expanded my Brokerage to San Diego. I've contacted several Agents who have REO listings and asked if they would allow other Brokers (me) to hold them open, their responses? NO! I'm at a loss as to why anyone would not want more exposure for their listings, especially when i tell them I have a system that will bring 30-40 people through the house. Does anyone have a really, really good explanation as to why it's not common practice in San Diego to allow other Brokers to hold open houses with REO-vacant listings? Thanks!
