I went to the training of DALP (Down Payment Assistant Loan Program) program San Francisco City started. This is an unbelievable program if you are qualified. City lends you up to 150K down payment for 40 years without interest!
Eligibility is such as:
１． MUST be a First Time Buyer who has never owned a property as your principal residence.
２． Maximum Annual Income must be under $81,300 if household size is one person & $92,950 if two persons
３． Property must be located in San Francisco
４． Purchase price is under $625,500
５． Exclude the single family home with In-law apartment & TIC property
６． Must be owner occupied
７． You must have more than 2.5% down payment in addition to 150K
８． Liquid assets after purchase the property can not exceed $25,000 except retirement plan.
