We see it every day, rude people that work at stores or provide services at your home. I can't tell you how many times after the clerk collects my money and gives me a receipt, they don't even say thank you!! I usually say "Your welcome" and give them a dirty look. Do they realize that their company doesn't pay them; us consumers do!!!
