It's Been Awhile

Blogging is not my strong suit as I am trying to keep my head above water! Been real busy with Short Sales and real busy with REO's and BPO's and all the other O's you can imagine! In my spare time i have taken up learning to play the guitar which is harder then it looks. I still am working on my horsemanship and Buster is doing well! The racehorse is becoming friendly however still runs cocked sideways like we are approaching the starting gate! I am really frustrated with the banks and the overall way business is being conducted! How bout you? It makes no sense to me for these banks to not modify loans for those who can afford to stay in overpriced properties by simply reducing the mortgage amount or interest or loans. No sense none, they would rather foreclose and or short sale and then re sale the property to someone new instead of modify! i wish I had Obama's number or like the Rednecks say "Get a sign" !
