Over the last year I have had the privilege of selling 3 homes in Lilburn, Georgia within the Cedar Creek subdivision. I was both a listing agent and a buyer's agent. Commuters can also travel to Duluth or Norcross near I-85 in 20-30 minutes depending on traffic and even the Mall of Georgia in Buford!
