DANVILLE - Empire Realty is excited to announce the launch of a new market research tool; Altos Research. Empire is one of the only brokerages in the East Bay to offer this type of service to consumers.
Altos Research offers real-time data for the local market through detailed charts and reports on the real estate market and can be filtered through city, zip code, or area. Altos Charts are easy-to-read graphs showcasing how the market is doing for a specific city or neighborhood. Altos Reports are detailed written reports which show statistics and commentary that highlight the market conditions. The detailed reports feature the median home price, average price per square footage, average days on the market, median house size and much more! Consumers can go online and request a custom report to be emailed to them weekly.
Each market statistic is calculated and automatically updated every week, ensuring the most current statistics for our clients and agents. This allows agents to discuss with clients current and available market opportunities, home pricing, as well as educate relocation clients about the different micro-markets in a specific area.
