Thriller and Farrah gone on the same day

I must be getting old, well ok I am.

Two pop icons passed away today that I oggled and danced to.

Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson died today.

Farrah's poster was on my wall as a teenager. Michael Jackson made my dance moves look silly.

We age, we remember, fleeting youth.

This is another day that the music died.

When time and destiny meets flesh and bones, the motions of life freeze.

The Thriller and the pin-up and the innocence of my imaged youth passed.

I really am getting old. God bless both of them

As we get older in years our idols are aging too It saddena me when these icons and idols of my past die. Age 50 and 62 is much too young when you are older. Ed, Michael and Farrah will be sadly missed.
