WANTED: Real Estate Super Star Needed!!!

Aloha,

I am new to the world of blog's, however I am a veteran in the world of Lending. I specialize in VA Lending and I am looking for an experienced Real Estate "Super Star" to partner up with. I have personally experienced the less then professional conduct and character of a couple of agents on Island. I am on the verge of starting a massive campaign and I am looking for someone that shares my beliefs, style and work ethic. What will be offered to you are solid PRE-APPROVED clients that will be generated from radio commercials, flyer's and free VA seminars. If you poses the following traits then please contact me.

1. Have solid values- We are simply born knowing right from wrong.

2. Strong work ethic- personally I leave my phone on 24/7 and I have taken calls from clients at 3 am. I don't expect this of you, however prompt response to our clients is a must. In addition you would be willing to go way out of your way when necessary.

3. Winning attitude- We would be forming a team. It is a given that not everything  will go as planned at times. At this point you would need to be part of a solution not part of the problem. Again I'm looking for a " Superstar" to partner up with.

4. Contribution- 25% referral fee given to a licensed Realtor for closed leads provided. Clairfication: You would be willing to give a 25% referral fee to a licensed Real Estate agent. Not me.

5. Professional courtesy- I promise never to cross the line and give guidance about the Real Estate side. Why would I this is not my area of expertise.  I  would please expect the same from you. Together We would be creating a solid, smooth running machine with the least amount of headaches. This means you would simply trust in my ability and not ask needless questions. In return you will not get last minute surprises, and you will be notified at key times in the transaction.
