Aaron, great concept for generating open house traffic.  How did it go?

It actually went pretty well!  Traffic was good for the entire event and I had some people come through who had a Realtor that was out of town and they were out shopping.

When he got back, they wrote up an offer but we couldn't get to an agreement.

I'd like to think that the efforts of the open house as well as the staging had an impact on their decision to write something up!
