1) I have a bachelor degree in Music Theater and played Tony in West Side Story in College
2) I started selling Real Estate 10 years ago in a market similar to today. I have seen one complete market cycle in South Florida
3) I am a graduate of Leadership Miami.
4) I am a junky for Star Wars and Lord of the Rings films
5) I play the guitar (although I am a little out of practice)
