Managing Real Estate Broker with Flexit Realty "Flexible Home Selling Solutions"

Ever thought about the process of selling your home.

Most people look to professionals to sell their home for a variety of reasons.  Others have knowledge and can sell on their own.

Although sellers that sell on their own nearly always turn to title companies, attorneys or other professionals during the final process of the sale.  This demonstrates that even the veteran seller in the end needs help to finalize the sale.

Here is a link from my website that outlines a few steps that you may not have considered when choosing a professional to help you.  This little video offers some key insight into the process of selling.

Gary, I was a for sale by owner in another state.  We had only lived there a couple of years when my husband was transferred so not much equity.  I had a lot of sales experience so made selling my house my occupation.  I was able to do it but only because I was available 24/7.  I realized how many vairables are involved from that experience. I found I liked it and when we moved here 12 years ago I got my real estate license.  I don't know that I would do it in a metro location like this just for the safety aspect.
