Heritage Hills subdivision in Lone Tree (zip code 80124) consists of approx. 700 custom homes. Construction of this community started approximately ten years ago. A few custom luxury homes are still being constructed. A small section on the Western portion of Heritage Hills is called the Enclave. The Enclave features ranch style patio homes with their own gated entrances.

Heritage Hills residents can enjoy two community pools, community center, four tennis courts, basketball court (half-court), mini soccer fields and playgrounds. Heritage Hills has a Home Owners Association.

Home prices range from upper $500,000 to over $2,000,000. You find stylish custom home builders such as Celebrity Custom Homes, Tuscan Heritage Homes, Touchstone Homes and Johnson & Sons. Most of the homes are 2-story custom homes, with a few ranch style homes (except the Enclave - see above). Approximately 30-40 homes are for sale at any given time in Heritage Hills.* 30 houses sold in 2008. The average price per square foot has recently been around $230/sq ft.
