Monday morning all over again. Can you explain to me how it is that Mondays come around so quickly and Fridays take forever to come? It just doesn't make sense.
Sunny and warm today... Mid 70 at the beaches, 80's downtown and 90's in the valleys. Super Southern California weather to be sure.
Open houses fairly active vesterday in our area. Priced right equals more visitors. Houses over priced and on the market for long periods of time... death, no one shows. The lesson... price it right and they will come!
