Great idea for a poll Craig. You can either love the industry or hate it, it all depends what a real estate agents goals are and how well they are with public relations, the ability to learn the industry and stay on top of market trends, personality, and probably most importantly, patience! I just cannot imagine doing any job that I don't like because of the pay and not because I really love what I do, that can very depressing, frustrating, and unfulfilling.
As a Mortgage professional, I love this poll as well. It applies to all sides of our business. If you love what you do - You will be Good at it!
I'm not sure I love the pay right now but I'm doing all the right things to change that! Nice poll, Craig.
